Try and give us plenty of time and notice of your presentation dates to avoid issues with delivery ... what we do takes time to do properly and whilst we will bend over backwards (and do) to meet your urgent requirements please be understanding when miracles don't quite happen (on rare occasions only - usually our miracles are, well, miraculous!)

We are ready and willing to help but we only have one pair of hands each so please be patient. Try and order online to avoid inundating us with calls and emails that we cannot reasonably handle all at the same time. Getting your order online gets you straight in the system - it's easier to ask questions after and we can update the notes on your order, add things you've missed ... that sort of thing.
